Orchard View’s 30 apartments became part of the Grand View Manor campus in 2004. Here, seniors can maintain independent living while leaving the responsibilities of home ownership behind. This can be an ideal lifestyle for retirees or for individuals with some physical limitations but who, with appropriate support, can still live independently.

We have 26 spacious 1-bedroom apartments (724 square feet.) and four 2-bedroom apartments (997 square feet.). The building has three levels. Its wide hallways and doorways make wheelchair use easy and common spaces allow seniors to gather together for social times.

• Within walking distance to the Town of Berwick, with home delivery available from the local grocery store and pharmacy

Monthly rent covers the following:

• Main meal at noon
• Cable TV, WiFi, and local phone service
• Weekly housekeeping services for half an hour
• Heat and lights
